Due to the perishable nature of our caviar and gourmet products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and premium standards of the products we provide.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
When submitting a claim, include the following:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and all packaging materials
A short description of the issue
Our team will carefully review your claim. When applicable, we will provide either a replacement product or a store credit.
